Real-World Experience Behind Every CPR, AED, BLS & Safety Training Course
NDEAR is a locally owned training company providing CPR, AED, BLS, and safety awareness instruction throughout Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs. Founded by Firefighter Andre Hall, NDEAR was built on a simple principle: quality emergency preparedness training should be taught by someone who has spent a career responding to real emergencies.
Andre Hall served in the United States Marine Corps before dedicating more than 25 years to the fire service. Throughout his career, he has responded to medical emergencies, critical incidents, and life-threatening situations where quick action made a difference.

That firsthand experience brings a practical perspective to every class NDEAR teaches.
For more than 20 years, Andre has also trained individuals and organizations in CPR and emergency response procedures. His goal is not simply to help students pass a certification course. He wants participants to leave with the confidence and knowledge needed to respond when seconds matter.
NDEAR works with assisted living facilities, daycare centers, churches, school districts, healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations throughout the Chicago area. Training can often be conducted on-site, making it easier for organizations to meet certification requirements while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
Professional Training for Workplaces and Organizations
CPR Training
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training teaches participants how to respond to cardiac emergencies by providing chest compressions and other critical interventions until professional medical help arrives.
AED Training
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training teaches participants how to safely operate an AED device and recognize situations where early defibrillation may improve survival outcomes.
BLS Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) training is designed for healthcare professionals and other qualified personnel who need advanced CPR skills, team response techniques, and emergency patient care procedures.
Safety Awareness Training
